Can't see my followers! Help needed!

Can anyone tell me how to get my followers thumbnail photos back? I've already got the followers gadget installed but nothing is showing...

    Yes, what has happened. I've just looked at my Blog and no details followers. I then looked at some of the other Blogs I follow and they have no followers details either.
